SME Gateway Alliance Pty Ltd (Alliance) was established to provide a means for small to medium companies (SMEs) to supply deliverable products and services rather than professional services as offered by SME Gateway Limited.
Alliance members generally have a products and/or services that can be integrated into large systems and applications. The collaborative processes and management methods used are similar to those of Gateway Limited to harness synergistic resources to compete for contracts that are beyond the capabilities of individual member companies.
Our approach uses a collaborative system that functionally resembles the structure of most large corporations. Our methods offer significant “value for money” benefits to customers for access to high quality and broad-spectrum services and products.
Alliance can provide customers with project management for programs that result in delivered systems, products, and services The company offers manufacturing for small products and build-to-print items in addition to the technical and management services described in the Capabilities Section.
We presently are developing business in the ICT, defence, mining, water, and design/build to print market sectors based on the capabilities, products and services of our members.
Our competitive position is enhanced by adding qualified companies to the membership to add depth and breadth to our products and services. Candidates are evaluated based on credentials presented in the Qualification Questionnaire in the “To Join” section. Members must be qualified to undertake work offered through Alliance by undergoing a review of quality methods, engineering, production and sustainment capabilities. |
